I know that I'm cheating with this one, as NARUTO is a japanese manga and not a traditional american comic book series, but Naruto Uzumaki has been just so inspiring to me that I had to give him the number 2 spot on this list. Naruto is a character that I can easily relate to as he was once shunned by his fellow villagers for having the nine-tailed fox sealed inside of him, and was lonely and isolated for years (I had friends when I was younger, but I was kind of socially akward). Despite that, and his poor grades at the Ninja Academy, Naruto was determined to eventually become the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, and gain the respect anf acknowledgement of those who once despised him. I find his passion and drive so inspiring as he is determined to never give up on his dream, which allows him to win battles against opponents far stonger than him through sheer will-power and guts alone. To see him prevail when all odds are going against him was always inspiring to me, and made me both root for him, and believe that he was capable of someday becoming Hokage. Naruto is one of my all-time favorite characters for his inspiring determination, as well as relatable personality and backstory. BELIEVE IT!
