16: Oracle

When it comes to Barbra Gordon, fans seem to be heavily divided on what role she is better suited for. As Batgirl or Oracle. To me, I personally prefer Barbra Gordon as Orcale more than I do as Batgirl, as it gives her the chance to utilize the power of her mind over brute stregnth. Now I don't think her being shot and being permantley paralyzed by the Joker should be percieved as sexism towards female superheroes, as it actually helps her character evolve and develop. Because she can no longer fight in the field, she now uses her computer-hacking and information gathering skills to help Batman fight crime. It shows how she's not going to let being bound to a wheelchair prevent her from contributing to the superhero community, and that one does not necessarily need physical stregnth to be strong. Sometimes, the most powerful weapon that one can possess, is knowledge. And Oracle perfectly portays this concept!
